My speaking engagements offer practical, compassionate insights into resilience, identity, and growth after trauma and brain injury.
I speak on topics including life after TBI and concussion, navigating grief and identity change, rebuilding confidence and purpose, managing the nervous system, mindfulness and self-care, relationships after brain injury, and self-advocacy within the healthcare system.
I also address medical trauma, medical gaslighting, and what healthcare providers need to understand about the lived experience of brain injury. Whether the audience is survivors, caregivers, professionals, or healthcare providers, my talks blend lived experience, practical tools, and an empowering message: healing doesn't always mean returning to who you were. It can mean discovering who you're becoming.

My keynote, “Level Up: When Life Changes the Game,” is an inspiring and deeply personal exploration of what happens when life takes an unexpected turn — and how we can find the resilience, courage, and perspective to move forward.
Drawing from lived experience and professional expertise, I share a powerful message about navigating adversity, rebuilding identity, embracing change, and discovering new possibilities when the path we envisioned is no longer the path ahead. The talk challenges audiences to see life’s unexpected setbacks not simply as obstacles, but as opportunities to redefine what’s possible and level up into the next chapter of their lives.

My workshops and facilitated sessions provide practical, engaging tools to help participants build resilience, navigate brain injury, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. Topics include building your TBI inventory, nervous system regulation, mindfulness and meditation, returning to work after brain injury, and finding your next career path.
I also offer specialized sessions for healthcare professionals focused on understanding the lived experience of brain injury and providing more informed, compassionate support. Each workshop is designed to be interactive, accessible, and immediately useful, to help participants turn insight into meaningful action.

As a panelist, I bring a lived-experience perspective, coaching expertise, and a practical understanding of navigating life after brain injury and major life change.
I contribute to conversations on life after brain injury, growth after trauma, rebuilding identity, grief, relationships and communication, returning to work, career challenges, and navigating life transitions.
I also speak about self-advocacy, medical trauma and gaslighting, disability inclusion in the workplace, self-care, and what healthcare providers need to understand about the lived experience of brain injury.
My goal on every panel is to offer an honest, insightful, and empowering perspective that helps audiences better understand the challenges and possibilities that come with rebuilding life after injury, loss, or change.
Our Process
Connect
We’ll start with a conversation. We'll discuss your audience, event goals, and what success looks like so we can determine whether we're the right fit.
Design
Together, we'll tailor the presentation to align with your event objectives while delivering a message that is authentic, engaging, and impactful. You'll receive a clear plan so you know exactly what your audience can expect.
Engage your Audience
Your audience will leave with practical strategies, fresh perspectives, and renewed confidence to apply what they've learned. My goal is for the conversation to continue long after the applause ends.
